Encouraging staff to uphold brand values at all times takes more than just an occasional incentive. This bright, impactful online campaign for Vodafone employees ran consistently for a year with regular rewards and recognition from shopping vouchers, days out, high end products to achievement certificates. The full intranet site was designed around Vodafone values and brand visual identity with bright colour, quirky illustrations as well as day-to-day photography to bring humour and energy to a complicated incentive scheme that succeeded in sustaining high levels of employee engagement.
